Cheese, Peter Piper Pizza, and Chuck's Arcade brands, offering fun-filled environments where families and kids can enjoy great food, play, and celebrate special moments together. Celebrating over half a million birthdays annually, Chuck E. Cheese is known as the place "Where a Kid Can Be a Kid®," with a deep commitment to creating joyful and lasting memories through its unique combination of food, entertainment, and play experiences.

CEC Entertainment emphasizes safety and community support with programs like Kid Check® and has donated over 24 million dollars to schools and nonprofits. In 2025, the company was awarded "Best in STEM" and recognized as one of America's Greatest Workplaces, reflecting its leadership in both innovation and employee well-being. The family-oriented brand is dedicated to fostering a culture of diversity, inclusion, and fun, with nearly 600 Chuck E. Cheese locations and over 120 Peter Piper Pizza venues operating across 45 states and 18 countries worldwide.

The role of Kitchen Prep, Cook, and Pizza Maker at CEC Entertainment is pivotal in delivering the brand's promise of fun and great dining experiences. This position involves preparing food orders and assisting with various food preparation tasks in a no-fry kitchen environment that prioritizes easy prep for items such as pizza, salads, and wings. Employees in this role help ensure that guests enjoy fresh, high-quality meals in a lively and safe atmosphere.

CEC Entertainment offers an exciting growth path where over 60% of managers are promoted from within, making it an ideal place for first-time job seekers or those looking to build a rewarding career in the hospitality and entertainment industry. The company promotes a cross-training approach, empowering Cast Members to provide exceptional service by mastering multiple roles. With competitive hourly wages ranging from $15.16 to $16.16 and attractive commission structures based on membership and fun pass sales, employees benefit financially as well.

One notable employee benefit is the "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, allowing team members to access earned wages before the traditional paycheck cycle. This program enhances financial flexibility and demonstrates CEC Entertainment's commitment to supporting its workforce. Work shifts vary, providing opportunities for flexible scheduling, and employees contribute to a dynamic work environment where physical activity and teamwork are essential.

The company also maintains rigorous health and sanitation standards to ensure the well-being of both employees and guests. Work environments feature moving mechanical parts, flashing and flickering lights, and some noise, requiring employees to be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical movements such as standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, and walking throughout their shifts.

CEC Entertainment provides a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees nationwide. This includes telemedicine, early wage access, a 401(k) retirement plan, employee meal discounts, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), tuition savings, scholarships, and financial relief resources. Part-time employees may qualify for fixed indemnity medical coverage, dental and vision options, and voluntary life and short-term disability benefits, while full-time employees averaging 29.5+ hours per week are eligible for more extensive medical, dental, vision coverage, paid sick and vacation time, paid holidays, FSA/HSA options, life and disability insurance, voluntary benefits, legal coverage, and additional education and student loan support.

CEC Entertainment values a diverse workforce, ensuring equal opportunity regardless of race, ancestry, color, genetics, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, religion, age, physical or mental disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other federally, state, or locally protected status.
