Chuck E. Cheese offers a warm, welcoming environment that encourages career growth and development, making it a fantastic choice for first-time job seekers and those looking to build a rewarding career. The company features a dynamic workplace where employees are empowered through cross-training in multiple roles, enhancing their skill sets and opportunities for advancement. Over 60% of the management team was promoted from within, demonstrating the company’s commitment to internal growth and career progression.

Currently hiring Food Prep, Cook, and Pizza Maker positions, CEC Entertainment provides team members the chance to contribute directly to the fun by preparing delicious food items and supporting kitchen operations in a no-fry kitchen setting. Employees benefit from the innovative "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, which means no more waiting between paychecks—a valuable incentive that enhances financial flexibility.

The Food Prep and Pizza Maker roles require an energetic and enthusiastic personality paired with excellent customer service skills. These shifts will require physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds and having the stamina to stand, bend, walk, and perform other movements throughout the shift. The work environment features bright lights, mechanical movement, and loud noises, making it lively and engaging. CEC Entertainment’s comprehensive benefits package supports employees nationwide, from telemedicine access to education savings and financial relief resources. Part-time employees have access to fixed indemnity medical coverage and voluntary benefits, while full-time employees enjoy complete medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with paid time off and additional education support.

The company is committed to inclusivity and equal employment opportunities, ensuring a diverse and welcoming workplace free from discrimination. Chuck E.
