CEC Entertainment, LLC, headquartered in Irving, Texas, is a nationally recognized leader in family dining and entertainment. The company proudly operates iconic brands such as Chuck E. Cheese, Peter Piper Pizza, and Chuck's Arcade. These brands have become synonymous with family fun, great food, and memorable celebrations. Chuck E. Cheese alone hosts over half a million birthday parties annually, emphasizing its place as the go-to destination "Where a Kid Can Be a Kid". This commitment goes beyond entertainment; CEC dedicates itself to the safety of its guests and employees, introducing innovative programs like Kid Check® and contributing over $24 million to schools and non-profit organizations. The company has also been recognized nationally, receiving the "Best in STEM" award and being named one of America’s Greatest Workplaces in 2025, highlighting its innovative approach and commitment to employee well-being.

CEC Entertainment operates nearly 600 Chuck E. Cheese locations and more than 120 Peter Piper Pizza venues across 45 states and 18 countries. The company's culture promotes diversity, inclusion, and a celebration of fun and play, truly uniting families through experiences that combine entertainment, connection, and wholesome food. Peter Piper Pizza focuses on creating a neighborhood pizzeria atmosphere where food quality and entertaining environments foster lasting memories, reinforcing that "The Fun is Baked In." Both brands emphasize active play to support physical wellness and help develop motor skills in children.

The role of Kitchen Prep and Pizza Maker at CEC Entertainment is essential to sustaining the joyful dining and entertainment experience. This position is part of a no-fry kitchen environment where team members prepare pizzas, salads, wings, and other simple but high-quality menu items. The role is ideal for individuals seeking a first-time job opportunity or those looking to build a dynamic career within an environment that provides growth and development opportunities. Employees are cross-trained across various positions, encouraging skill-building and internal promotions; indeed, over 60% of managers were promoted from within.

Compensation for this role ranges between $16.90 and $17.90 hourly, with potential commissions for sales of memberships and Fun Passes. There is a flexible pay program named "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow," allowing employees quicker access to earned wages. The work environment is dynamic, involving physical activity such as standing, bending, reaching, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds during shifts. Candidates must be energetic, enthusiastic, and deliver excellent customer service while working in a lively setting with flashing lights, mechanical parts, and loud noises.

CEC offers a comprehensive benefits package that supports employees nationwide, including telemedicine, early wage access, a 401(k) plan, employee meal discounts, tuition savings, scholarships, and financial relief resources. Part-time employees can enroll in medical, dental, vision, and voluntary insurance benefits, while full-time staff receive more extensive coverage, paid sick and vacation time, paid holidays, and additional educational support. The company complies with all applicable state and local laws, including paid sick leave provisions.

CEC Entertainment prides itself on being an inclusive and equal opportunity employer, embracing diverse candidates regardless of race, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, veteran status, or any other protected status. The company fosters a safe, respectful, and health-conscious workplace aimed at delivering memorable, family-friendly experiences with a strong emphasis on career growth, safety, and community impact.
