The brands at CEC emphasize engaging entertainment that fosters physical wellness and motor skills development in children, proudly championing the idea that "The Fun is Baked In!"

Now hiring for Food Prep, Cook, and Pizza Makers, CEC offers an exciting career opportunity for both first-time job seekers and those looking to build a rewarding career in the hospitality and entertainment industries. These kitchen roles are essential to maintaining the high standards of food preparation that ensure each guest has a memorable dining experience. Working in a no-fry kitchen environment, team members handle pizza, salads, and wings with efficiency and care. The role demands energy, enthusiasm, and excellent customer service skills, as team members contribute directly to the guest experience by preparing food orders in a clean, safe, and lively environment.

An innovative "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program enables employees to access earned wages without waiting for the usual pay period, highlighting CEC’s dedication to employee financial wellness. Compensation ranges from $16.90 to $17.90 hourly, with additional commission opportunities based on sales of memberships and Fun Passes. The commission varies for exempt and non-exempt roles and is paid out bi-weekly.

In addition to competitive pay and commission, CEC offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support their employees nationwide. All employees have access to telemedicine, early wage access, a 401(k) retirement plan, employee meal discounts, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), tuition savings, scholarships, and financial relief resources. Part-time employees may enroll in medical, dental, vision coverage, and voluntary life and short-term disability benefits. Full-time employees are eligible for comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits, paid sick/vacation time, paid holidays where applicable, flexible spending accounts or health savings accounts (FSA/HSA), life and disability insurance, voluntary benefits, legal coverage, and additional education and student loan support.

The essential job functions require the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during shifts. Applicants should be at least 16 years old (where allowed by law), available to work various shifts, and possess an energetic, enthusiastic personality with excellent customer service skills. The work environment includes exposure to flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises, requiring resilience and effective interpersonal skills with guests and coworkers.
