Cheese locations and over 120 Peter Piper Pizza venues spread throughout 45 states and 18 countries, CEC Entertainment remains committed to creating memorable experiences centered around fun, food, and play. Celebrating over half a million birthdays annually, the company’s mission is to be the best place where kids and families can eat and play, epitomized by their well-known slogan "Where a Kid Can Be a Kid®."

Chuck E. Cheese also prioritizes safety and community engagement through initiatives like Kid Check® and significant philanthropic efforts, having donated more than $24 million to schools and nonprofits. The brand emphasizes diversity, inclusion, and a culture that celebrates fun and family, fostering a welcoming environment for all employees and guests alike.

CEC Entertainment is currently hiring for the positions of Food Prep, Cook, and Pizza Makers within their kitchens, which are specifically no-fry environments focusing on preparing items such as pizza, salads, and wings. These roles offer an exciting opportunity for both first-time job seekers and those looking to build a robust career in a family-oriented environment. Cast Members at CEC are empowered to deliver exceptional service by participating in cross-training across multiple roles, encouraging growth and advancement within the company. In fact, over 60% of management roles are filled by promoting from within.

Positions offer hourly compensation ranging from $16.90 to $17.90, along with commission opportunities based on memberships and Fun Pass sales, varying depending on exempt or non-exempt status. Compensation is paid out bi-weekly, with CEC providing a unique "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program that allows employees access to earned wages without waiting for the standard pay cycle. This approach underscores the company’s commitment to supporting their workforce’s financial well-being.

Working at Chuck E. Cheese involves more than just job duties — employees engage in a dynamic and active environment that requires lifting, standing, bending, and the ability to manage stress effectively while interacting positively with guests and team members. The workplace includes exposure to flashing lights, mechanical parts, and a vibrant atmosphere of sound and movement, creating an energetic setting where employees can thrive.

CEC Entertainment also offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employee health, financial security, and development. Benefits include access to telemedicine, early wage access, a 401(k) retirement plan, meal discounts, employee assistance programs, tuition savings, scholarships, and more. Full-time employees receive additional benefits such as medical, dental, vision coverage, paid time off, life and disability insurance, and options for legal services and student loan support. Part-time employees also have access to fixed indemnity medical coverage, and dental and vision benefit options.

The company is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to embracing diversity, promoting inclusion, and providing reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities. CEC Entertainment complies with all applicable state and local laws around sick leave, background checks, and workplace safety, ensuring a supportive and fair working environment for all team members. This role is ideal for motivated individuals with energetic personalities who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and contributing to a fun, family-friendly experience at Chuck E.
