Employees, known as Cast Members, receive cross-training in various positions to provide exceptional service, with over 60% of managers promoted from within. Compensation ranges from $16.90 to $17.90 hourly, with additional commission opportunities on sales of memberships and Fun Passes. The Food Prep and Pizza Maker roles focus on preparing orders and assisting with food preparation in a no-fry kitchen, primarily handling pizza, salads, and wings. These roles require the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work various shifts, and maintain excellent customer service with an enthusiastic personality. The work environment involves some physical activity, including standing, bending, and walking, with exposure to flashing lights, mechanical parts, and loud noises.
