This is a no-fry kitchen environment, focusing on easy prep for pizzas, salads, and wings, promoting a healthier and efficient kitchen operation. Compensation for these roles includes an hourly wage ranging from $18.47 to $19.47 with additional commission incentives based on sales of memberships and fun passes. Commission structures vary for exempt and non-exempt employees and are paid out bi-weekly, ensuring that employees are rewarded for their efforts in contributing to the company’s growth.
