This role is essential to the company’s mission of feeding fun by preparing food orders, including pizza, salads, and wings, while working in a no-fry kitchen environment. This position offers hourly compensation ranging from $16.90 to $17.90 and provides substantial commission potential for selling memberships and Fun Passes. In exempt roles, commissions can range between $0.50 to $10.00 per membership sold and $0.15 to $3.00 for each Fun Pass sold. For non-exempt roles, commissions range from $2.00 to $8.00 per membership and $0.60 to $2.40 per Fun Pass, with commissions paid bi-weekly unless state laws indicate otherwise.

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen environment beneficial but not required
Strong communication skills
