This hourly position offers competitive pay ranging between $12.41 to $13.41 per hour, with additional commission opportunities. Commissions vary for exempt and non-exempt employees, ranging from $0.50 to $10.00 for each membership sold and from $0.15 to $3.00 for each Fun Pass sold for exempt employees; for non-exempt employees, commissions range from $2.00 to $8.00 for memberships and $0.60 to $2.40 for Fun Passes. These commissions are paid out bi-weekly unless state law requires otherwise.

In addition to preparing delicious food, employees must be physically capable of lifting or carrying objects weighing up to 50 pounds, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, walking, and squatting during their shifts. The role requires an ability to handle job stress effectively and to interact well with guests and co-workers. The work environment includes exposure to flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises, typical of a bustling entertainment venue.
