The company celebrates over half a million birthdays annually and is dedicated to fostering a joyful environment where children can play, learn, and make lasting memories. Chuck E. CEC Entertainment takes pride in its culture of diversity and inclusivity, ensuring a workplace that reflects the varied backgrounds and perspectives of the communities it serves.

The company is now hiring for the roles of Food Prep, Cook, and Pizza Makers to join their kitchen teams. These roles are vital in helping feed the fun, as team members prepare orders and assist in various food preparation tasks. Employees in these positions are empowered with cross-training opportunities, promoting skill development and career advancement as over 60% of managers were promoted from within. The compensation ranges from $17.13 to $18.13 per hour, with commission potential based on membership and Fun Pass sales, paid bi-weekly. The company also offers an innovative "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, allowing employees to access earned wages immediately without waiting for the usual paycheck cycle.

Food Prep and Pizza Makers at Chuck E. Cheese are expected to maintain high food safety and sanitation standards while working in a dynamic environment that includes flashing lights, mechanical equipment, and lively noises. The job requires physical activities such as lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, bending, squatting, and pushing or pulling items throughout the shift. The company encourages employees with energetic and enthusiastic personalities, excellent customer service skills, and a readiness to work various shifts. CEC Entertainment aims to support both first-time job seekers and those looking to build rewarding careers within the company.

Comprehensive benefits are available to full-time, part-time, and managerial employees, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, tax-free savings accounts, supplemental life insurance, vacation, sick and safe leave pay, employee meal discounts, 401(k) retirement plans with company matching, and various voluntary benefits such as accident and critical illness insurance, employee assistance programs, and scholarship opportunities. CEC Entertainment also prioritizes workplace safety and health, complying with rigorous operational procedures to protect its team members and guests alike.

As an Equal Opportunity Employer, CEC Entertainment ensures no discrimination based on race, ancestry, color, genetics, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, religion, age, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected class status.
