Regarding the role, CEC Entertainment is currently hiring Food Prep, Cook, and Pizza Makers for its kitchens. These roles are essential in delivering quality food and excellent service to guests, contributing directly to the overall guest experience. The kitchen is a no-fry environment specializing in preparing pizza, salads, and wings, which ensures a healthier cooking process and a varied menu. Working in these roles means engaging in easy prep tasks while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

This is a fantastic opportunity for first-time job seekers or individuals looking to build a rewarding career in the hospitality and entertainment industry. Employees, known as Cast Members, receive training that empowers them to provide exceptional service in multiple positions, creating dynamic and versatile career pathways. Impressively, over 60 percent of the management team at CEC Entertainment has been promoted from within, highlighting the company’s commitment to career growth and employee development.

Compensation for these roles ranges from $8.00 to $12.50 per hour, with commission potential depending on sales achievements of Memberships and Fun Passes, providing additional earning opportunities paid bi-weekly. Furthermore, the company has introduced a unique "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program that allows employees quick access to earned wages, reducing the wait between paychecks.

Candidates for these roles should be energetic, enthusiastic, and possess excellent customer service skills. The work environment includes physical activity such as lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, bending, and moving throughout the shift. Safety and health are priorities, with rigorous sanitation standards and accommodations available to employees with disabilities.

Overall, a Food Prep, Cook, or Pizza Maker at CEC Entertainment is more than a job—it’s an entry into a family-oriented company that values passion, dedication, and teamwork.
