Known as the place Where a Kid Can Be a Kid®, Chuck E. CEC Entertainment is currently hiring for Food Prep, Cook, and Pizza Maker positions under hourly wage compensation ranging from $8.00 to $12.50, with additional commission potentials based on membership and Fun Pass sales. This role offers a dynamic environment, especially suited for first-time job seekers or individuals looking to build an exciting career within a supportive company culture where over 60% of managers were promoted from within. The Food Prep, Cook, and Pizza Makers help feed the fun by preparing orders and assisting with food preparation in a no-fry kitchen setting focused on pizzas, salads, and wings. Employees benefit from cross-training in multiple positions, empowering them to deliver exceptional service.
The company also offers the innovative "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, allowing employees to access earned wages quickly, enhancing financial flexibility. Employees are expected to work various shifts, contribute to a high-energy atmosphere, and engage actively with guests and team members. The role requires physical capabilities such as lifting up to 50 pounds and performing varied movements, including standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, walking, and squatting. CEC Entertainment prioritizes health and safety, maintaining rigorous sanitation standards across all locations to ensure the protection and well-being of its guests and employees.
As an Equal Opportunity Employer, CEC Entertainment embraces diversity and inclusion, seeking a workforce that reflects the broad spectrum of its guests' backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. The company does not discriminate based on race, ancestry, color, genetics, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, national origin, religion, age, physical or mental disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected class under federal, state, or local law. This role is an excellent opportunity to join a vibrant team that values growth, community, and the joy of play.
