Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age except where local or state restricts it
- Available to work various shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during shifts
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and coworkers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior kitchen or food prep experience helpful but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina for standing and lifting during shifts
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
Job Duties
- Prepare and assist with food prep for orders
- Ensure food quality and presentation standards
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety
- Operate kitchen equipment safely
- Follow all health and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to provide efficient service
- Support inventory management and stock rotation
