The company proudly operates some of the most beloved brands in the industry, including Chuck E. Cheese, Peter Piper Pizza, and Chuck's Arcade. These brands have become go-to destinations for families seeking fun, food, and memorable experiences. Chuck E. Cheese is especially known for celebrating over half a million birthdays annually, creating joyful and lasting memories through its unique combination of play, entertainment, and dining. As "The place Where a Kid Can Be a Kid," Chuck E. Cheese has committed itself to safety programs such as Kid Check and robust community support initiatives, having donated more than $24 million to schools and nonprofits. Furthermore, in 2025, the brand earned national recognition by receiving the "Best in STEM" award and being named one of America’s Greatest Workplaces, reflecting its leadership in innovation and commitment to employee well-being.

Peter Piper Pizza offers a neighborhood pizzeria experience by providing quality food paired with engaging entertainment for families and communities. Its philosophy that "The Fun is Baked In" highlights the seamless integration of amusement and connection. Both Chuck E. Cheese and Peter Piper Pizza support play and physical wellness in children through their attractions, which help develop motor skills and encourage active participation.

Currently, CEC Entertainment and its franchisees operate nearly 600 Chuck E. Cheese locations and more than 120 Peter Piper Pizza venues across 45 states and 18 countries. The company fosters a culture of diversity, inclusion, and fun, creating an environment that unites every family. Career opportunities at CEC are characterized by growth potential, with more than 60% of its managers having been promoted from within, demonstrating the company's dedication to cultivating talent from its Cast Members.

This role not only involves food preparation but also contributes to the overall fun atmosphere by ensuring timely and attractive food delivery.

Employees benefit from the "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, which allows access to earned wages without waiting for the bi-weekly paycheck, a valuable wage access advantage. Compensation for these roles ranges from $16.90 to $17.90 hourly, with additional commission potential based on sales of memberships and Fun Passes, incentivizing team members to contribute to the guest experience.

CEC Entertainment emphasizes a safe and supportive work environment, requiring team members to be physically capable of performing duties such as lifting weights up to 50 pounds and standing or moving actively during shifts. The work environment includes elements like flashing lights and loud noises due to entertainment features, demanding flexibility and resilience from employees. The company also provides reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities to ensure an inclusive workplace.

The benefits package at CEC is comprehensive and designed to support employees nationwide. All employees have access to telemedicine, early wage access, 401(k) retirement plans, employee meal discounts, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), tuition savings, scholarships, and financial relief resources. Part-time employees may enroll in fixed indemnity medical coverage along with dental and vision benefits and voluntary life and disability coverage. Full-time employees averaging 29.5 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive medical, dental, vision coverage, paid sick and vacation time, paid holidays, flexible spending accounts (FSA/HSA), life and disability insurance, voluntary benefits, legal coverage, and additional education and student loan support.
