These venues are more than just restaurants; they are vibrant social hubs where families and communities come together to create lasting memories. With almost 600 Chuck E. Cheese locations and more than 120 Peter Piper Pizza venues spanning 45 states and 18 countries, the company has built a strong reputation for fostering a culture of joy, inclusivity, and customer satisfaction.
Chuck E. Cheese is widely recognized for celebrating over half a million birthdays annually, making it a go-to destination for family celebrations. The brand is deeply committed to safety, implementing programs such as Kid Check® to ensure the well-being of children and families. Its community support extends to donating more than $24 million to schools and nonprofits. In 2025, Chuck E. Cheese was honored with the "Best in STEM" award and was named one of America’s Greatest Workplaces, reflecting its dedication not only to operational excellence but also to employee well-being and innovation. Peter Piper Pizza complements this offering by providing a neighborhood pizzeria experience rich with quality food and engaging entertainment, emphasizing the company’s philosophy that "The Fun is Baked In." Both brands champion physical wellness and motor skill development through various kid-centric attractions.
The role currently available is for Food Prep, Cook, and Pizza Makers at Chuck E. Cheese. This position is ideal for first-time job seekers or those looking to build a fulfilling career in a dynamic environment. Cast Members at Chuck E. Cheese are empowered through extensive cross-training across multiple roles, fostering professional growth. In fact, over 60% of managers have risen through the ranks, which highlights the company’s strong commitment to career development and internal promotion.
The kitchen team plays an essential role in feeding the fun by preparing a variety of menu items, including pizza, salads, and wings, in a no-fry kitchen environment. This role focuses on food prep and pizza-making duties that contribute directly to the guest experience. In addition to hands-on food preparation, team members will engage with the company’s unique "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, which provides employees access to earned wages quickly, improving financial flexibility. This comprehensive support system makes Chuck E. Cheese not only a fun place to work but also one that cares for its employees' financial and personal needs.
Overall, working in this role offers the chance to join a vibrant team dedicated to creating joy for families while building a solid foundation of skills and experience in food service and hospitality. The position demands energy, enthusiasm, and excellent customer service skills, all within a supportive and safety-conscious work environment. CEC Entertainment emphasizes diversity and inclusion, ensuring all employees are respected and valued regardless of their backgrounds. This commitment creates a workplace where every individual has the opportunity to thrive and contribute to the company’s mission of being the best place for kids and families to eat and play.
