The company emphasizes a culture of diversity and inclusivity, aiming to unite families through fun and play. Chuck E. Cheese, as the flagship brand, celebrates over half a million birthdays each year, offering a unique environment where children can be children, supported by safety initiatives like Kid Check and substantial community contributions exceeding $24 million to schools and nonprofits. Cheese received the "Best in STEM" award in 2025 and was named one of America’s Greatest Workplaces, underscoring its commitment to innovation and workforce well-being.
Now hiring for the roles of Food Prep, Cook, and Pizza Makers, Chuck E. Cheese invites energetic individuals to join their team in a no-fry kitchen setting where the preparation focuses on pizza, salads, and wings. These roles are ideal for first-time job seekers or those looking to advance their careers in a dynamic, family-friendly atmosphere. The company offers a unique "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, granting employees access to earned wages without delay. Compensation includes commission potential varying by employment status (exempt and non-exempt), paid bi-weekly unless otherwise required by state law.
The position demands physical capability, including lifting up to 50 pounds and engaging in activities such as standing, bending, kneeling, and walking during shifts amid a busy environment with flashing lights and loud noises. Chuck E. Cheese prioritizes safety and health with rigorous sanitation standards and operational procedures designed to meet or exceed local regulations. The work environment fosters positive interaction among employees and guests, with reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities.
CEC Entertainment offers a competitive benefits package tailored to support employees nationwide.
