Hourly compensation for these positions ranges from $16.90 to $17.90, with additional commission opportunities based on sales of memberships and Fun Passes. Non-exempt employees can earn commissions ranging from $2.00 to $8.00 per membership sold and $0.60 to $2.40 for each Fun Pass sold, while exempt employee commissions vary from $0.50 to $10.00 for memberships and $0.15 to $3.00 for Fun Pass sales, paid out bi-weekly. The work environment is active and occasionally noisy, requiring employees to lift objects up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and walking during shifts.
