CEC Entertainment is dedicated to creating joyful, lasting memories through fun, food, and play, positioning itself as a place "Where a Kid Can Be a Kid." The company is devoted to safety and community support, implementing programs like Kid Check and having donated more than $24 million to schools and nonprofits. Recognized for innovation and employee well-being, Chuck E. Cheese was named one of America’s Greatest Workplaces and received the "Best in STEM" award in 2025.
CEC Entertainment offers a diverse and inclusive work environment that embraces different backgrounds and perspectives, reflecting the communities and guests they serve. They provide a range of career opportunities suitable for first-time job seekers and those building a career, empowering their Cast Members through cross-training across multiple positions. More than 60% of their managers have been promoted from within, highlighting robust career advancement possibilities. The company also supports its workforce with competitive benefits and flexible work schedules.
The role currently open is for Food Prep, Cook, and Pizza Makers at Chuck E. Cheese. This kitchen position involves helping to prepare orders and assist with food prep in a no-fry kitchen that focuses on easy preparations such as pizza, salads, and wings. Employees in this role are essential in "feeding the fun" by ensuring food is prepared efficiently and safely, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service. As a part of the team, you will participate in CEC's "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, which allows employees early access to earned wages. The job is designed to accommodate different shifts, ideal for individuals with energetic and enthusiastic personalities who enjoy a dynamic work environment.
Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds and standing or bending during their shifts. The work environment may include exposure to flashing lights, loud noises, and moving mechanical parts. Safety and sanitation are core values at CEC, with rigorous standards in place to protect employees and guests. At Chuck E. Cheese, creating a safe and enjoyable experience is a priority, and reasonable accommodations are provided for individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. This role is suitable for individuals aged 16 and above, depending on local or state restrictions, and offers an opportunity to build a rewarding career in a supportive, family-oriented company.
