Cheese, Peter Piper Pizza, and Chuck's Arcade, CEC Entertainment has built a reputation centered on creating a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for kids and families to enjoy quality food and playful experiences. With nearly 600 Chuck E. Cheese locations and over 120 Peter Piper Pizza venues across 45 states and 18 countries, CEC Entertainment plays a vital role in fostering joyful, lasting memories for families through celebrations like over half a million birthdays annually. The company emphasizes safety and community, demonstrated by initiatives such as Kid Check and donations exceeding $24 million to schools and nonprofits. Recognized in 2025 with awards like "Best in STEM" and being named one of America’s Greatest Workplaces, CEC is committed to innovation, employee well-being, diversity, and inclusion.

The opportunity at CEC Entertainment is for positions including Food Prep, Cook, and Pizza Makers within their kitchens. This role is perfect for first-time job seekers or individuals looking to build a rewarding career path. CEC empowers its Cast Members through comprehensive cross-training across diverse positions, promoting a strong culture of growth and advancement. Over 60% of managers are promoted from within, showcasing the company’s dedication to career development. The environment is a no-fry kitchen, focusing on easy preparation of pizzas, salads, and wings – making it a clean and efficient place to work. Along with competitive hourly rates ranging from $16.90 to $17.90, employees have access to commission potential depending on sales of memberships and fun passes.

Furthermore, CEC Entertainment introduces a unique “Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow” program, which allows employees prompt access to their earned wages, eliminating the traditional wait between paychecks. This forward-thinking approach reflects the company's commitment to supporting its workforce financially and personally. The position involves physical activity such as lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, bending, and other movements to fulfill scheduled shifts, while being part of a lively environment with flashing lights and lively sounds. CEC provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes telemedicine, meal discounts, tuition savings, and options ranging from dental and vision plans for part-time workers to full medical coverage, paid time off, and retirement plans for full-time employees.

CEC Entertainment values equality and diversity, fostering an inclusive workplace where applicants are welcomed regardless of race, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected classes. The company adheres to state and local compliance requirements, including paid sick leave and accommodations for individuals with disabilities.
