Job Description

CEC Entertainment, LLC, headquartered in Irving, Texas, is a nationally recognized leader in family dining and entertainment, proudly operating the iconic Chuck E. Cheese, Peter Piper Pizza, and Chuck's Arcade brands. With nearly 600 Chuck E. Cheese locations and over 120 Peter Piper Pizza venues across 45 states and 18 countries, CEC is dedicated to bringing families and communities together through fun, food, and play. The company celebrates over half a million birthdays annually and is committed to creating joyful, lasting memories for children and their families. Chuck E. Cheese has earned accolades such as the 2025 "Best in STEM" award and is recognized as one of America’s Greatest Workplaces, reflecting its innovative approach to employee well-being and industry leadership. CEC Entertainment emphasizes a culture of diversity and inclusion, fostering an environment where all team members can thrive and where fun and safety are paramount. The brands champion play through various attractions that support physical wellness and strengthen motor skills in kids, making them beloved destinations for family entertainment.

The role being offered is for Food Prep, Cook, and Pizza Makers within the Chuck E. Cheese kitchens. This position is ideal for first-time job seekers or those looking to build a career in a dynamic and supportive environment. The kitchen team is responsible for preparing orders and assisting with food prep in a no-fry kitchen that focuses on easy prep foods like pizza, salads, and wings. Employees enjoy the company’s "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, which allows access to earned wages daily rather than waiting for traditional pay cycles. Compensation ranges from $15.00 to $16.50 hourly with additional commission opportunities based on sales of memberships and fun passes. This role requires the ability to stand, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and work various shifts, often in a lively atmosphere with flashing lights and loud sounds typical of the Chuck E. Cheese entertainment venues.

CEC Entertainment offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees nationwide, including access to telemedicine, early wage access, 401(k) retirement plan, employee meal discounts, tuition savings, and scholarships. Part-time employees may enroll in medical coverage, dental and vision insurance, and voluntary life and disability benefits. Full-time employees working 29.5 or more hours weekly are eligible for more extensive medical, dental, vision coverage, paid sick and vacation time, paid holidays, FSA/HSA options, life and disability insurance, and additional education and financial support programs. The company complies with state and local labor laws, providing paid sick leave and other mandated benefits. CEC is also committed to reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. Joining Chuck E. Cheese means becoming part of a culture that values diversity, employee development, and above all, making work fun and rewarding.
