With nearly 600 Chuck E. Cheese locations and over 120 Peter Piper Pizza venues in 45 states and 18 countries, CEC Entertainment has cultivated a rich culture centered around making joyful, lasting memories for kids and families. The company takes pride in hosting over half a million birthdays annually and actively supports local communities through programs like Kid Check and by donating more than $24 million to schools and nonprofits. A distinctive benefit offered by CEC Entertainment is the "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, allowing employees to access earned wages without waiting for scheduled paychecks. This reflects the company’s commitment to supporting its workforce financially and providing convenience. Furthermore, the compensation structure includes commission potentials for exempt and non-exempt employees based on Membership and Fun Pass sales, with payments made bi-weekly.

The role requires physical activity such as lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, bending, kneeling, and pushing or pulling during shifts. Effective communication and excellent customer service skills are essential to interact positively with guests and co-workers. The environment includes some sensory stimuli like flashing lights and loud noises, consistent with the dynamic entertainment venue.

CEC Entertainment offers a comprehensive benefits package tailored to support employees nationwide, including medical, dental, and vision coverage for full-time staff, telemedicine access, early wage access, retirement plans, and employee meal discounts. Part-time employees also have access to fixed indemnity medical coverage and voluntary benefits. Through these investments, CEC Entertainment fosters a supportive workplace where employees can thrive while contributing to memorable family experiences.
