The Food Prep, Cook, and Pizza Maker roles are essential kitchen positions dedicated to preparing orders and assisting in food preparation in a no-fry kitchen environment. CEC Entertainment offers competitive pay with commission opportunities for both exempt and non-exempt employees based on Membership and Fun Pass sales, paid bi-weekly. The company also features a "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, allowing employees faster access to earned wages. Additional benefits include a 50% meal discount during shifts, flexible schedules, scholarships, an employee referral program, perks and discounts, and the CEC Cares Fund to support employees during catastrophes.

Working in these roles involves physical activity such as lifting up to 50 pounds and standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, walking, pushing, pulling, and squatting throughout the shift. The environment presents some sensory stimuli such as flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, and noise. CEC Entertainment prioritizes health and safety with rigorous sanitation standards and operational procedures designed to protect both guests and employees.
