Compensation ranges from $11.14 to $13.42 per hour, supplemented by commission opportunities for each Membership and Fun Pass sold, which vary based on exempt or non-exempt status. Benefits include a 50% meal discount during shifts, flexible scheduling, scholarships, employee perks and discounts, an employee referral program, and a special CEC Cares Fund designed to assist employees in times of catastrophe.
