Exempt employees can earn commissions ranging from $0.50 to $10.00 per membership sold and $0.15 to $3.00 per Fun Pass, while non-exempt employees earn from $2.00 to $8.00 per membership and $0.60 to $2.40 per Fun Pass. These are paid out bi-weekly unless state law requires otherwise.
