Compensation includes competitive pay and exciting commission structures depending on employment classification, with exempt employees earning commissions ranging from $0.50 to $10.00 per membership sold, and non-exempt employees earning between $2.00 and $8.00 per membership. Furthermore, all team members benefit from the "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, allowing them access to earned wages without waiting for the traditional paycheck cycle. Additional benefits include a 50 percent meal discount during shifts, scholarships, perks and discounts programs, and the CEC Cares Fund that supports employees during unforeseen catastrophes.

Job Requirements

  • Be at least sixteen 16 years of age except where local or state restricts it
  • Available to work various shifts
  • Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
  • Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during shift
  • Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others
  • Willingness to comply with health and safety standards
