Peter Piper Pizza offers a neighborhood pizzeria experience focused on quality food and engaging entertainment where "The Fun is Baked In." Both brands emphasize physical wellness and strengthening motor skills in kids by providing various playful attractions. CEC Entertainment fosters a culture of diversity and inclusion, ensuring that employees and guests alike feel welcomed and valued. The organization believes in career growth, cross-training, and promoting from within, with over 60% of managers having advanced internally. Employees, referred to as Cast Members, enjoy flexible schedules and a positive work environment with access to comprehensive benefits. The company also offers a unique "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, providing early wage access to help team members manage finances more conveniently.
The Food Prep, Cook, and Pizza Maker roles at Chuck E. Cheese involve preparing orders and assisting with various food prep tasks in a no-fry kitchen environment. These positions require individuals who are energetic, enthusiastic, and ready to deliver excellent customer service while supporting the fun atmosphere of the restaurant. This role is perfect for first-time job seekers or those looking to build a rewarding career in the food and entertainment industry. Employees in these positions receive competitive pay between $16 and $18 hourly, plus commission opportunities based on membership and pass sales, with commissions paid bi-weekly.
The company offers numerous perks such as a 50% meal discount during shifts, scholarships, referral programs, flexible schedules, and robust health and wellness benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan. Both full-time and part-time employees have access to different but substantial benefit packages tailored to their work status.
