Compensation varies based on employment classification. Exempt employees have commission potential ranging from $0.50 to $10.00 per membership sold and $0.15 to $3.00 per Fun Pass sold, with payments issued bi-weekly. Non-exempt employees may earn commissions from $2.00 to $8.00 per membership sold and $0.60 to $2.40 per Fun Pass sold, also paid bi-weekly. Chuck E. Cheese introduces the innovative "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, allowing employees to access earned wages immediately rather than waiting for the traditional paycheck cycle.
