This position is vital in helping "feed the fun" by preparing orders and assisting with food prep, primarily focusing on pizza, salads, and wings in a no-fry kitchen environment. Compensation for this position ranges from $19.70 to $20.70 hourly, with commission potential based on Membership and Fun Pass sales. Non-exempt employees can earn commission from $2.00 to $8.00 for each Membership sold and from $0.60 to $2.40 per Fun Pass, paid bi-weekly. Exempt employees have different commission scales. Employees also benefit from a unique "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, enabling access to earned wages without waiting between paychecks.

Additional benefits include a 50% discount on meals while on shift, flexible scheduling, scholarship options, employee referrals, and the CEC Cares Fund, which supports employees during catastrophes.
