Peter Piper Pizza offers a neighborhood pizzeria experience with quality food, engaging entertainment, and lifelong memories, where "The Fun is Baked In." Both Chuck E. Cheese and Peter Piper Pizza champion the importance of play through various attractions that support physical wellness and strengthen motor skills for children. CEC Entertainment and its franchisees operate nearly 600 Chuck E. Cheese locations and over 120 Peter Piper Pizza venues across 45 states and 18 countries. The company fosters a culture of diversity and inclusion, celebrating fun and play to unite families everywhere.
The position available is for Food Prep, Cook, and Pizza Makers at Chuck E. Cheese. This role is ideal for first-time job seekers or those looking to build an exciting career in the hospitality and entertainment industry. Cast Members are empowered through cross-training in various positions, enabling them to provide exceptional service. Notably, over 60% of managers have been promoted from within, reflecting strong career growth potential. This role involves working in a no-fry kitchen, focusing on easy prep foods like pizza, salads, and wings.
Compensation for this position ranges from $20.82 to $21.82 hourly, incorporating a commission program that rewards sales of Memberships and Fun Passes with additional earnings. This compensation is paid bi-weekly unless state laws dictate otherwise. The company also offers a "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, which provides employees with access to earned wages in a timely manner.
The role requires a candidate who is at least sixteen years old (or meets local age requirements), able to work various shifts, and possesses an energetic and enthusiastic personality. Excellent customer service skills are essential. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform activities such as standing, bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, walking, and squatting during the shift. Employees will work in an environment with bright, flickering lights and loud noises and must manage job stress while interacting effectively with guests and coworkers.
