Peter Piper Pizza offers a neighborhood pizzeria experience with quality food and engaging entertainment, delivering lifelong memories where "The Fun is Baked In". Through play and amusement, both brands promote physical wellness and motor skill development in children. CEC Entertainment, along with its franchisees, operates nearly 600 Chuck E. Cheese locations and over 120 Peter Piper Pizza venues across 45 states and 18 countries, fostering a culture that celebrates diversity, fun, and family unity.

The role being offered at CEC Entertainment is for Food Prep, Cook, and Pizza Makers in the kitchen team. This position is perfect for first-time job seekers or individuals seeking a career in food service and entertainment. Employees, known as Cast Members, are empowered to deliver excellent customer service and are cross-trained in various positions to enhance career growth opportunities. The kitchens are no-fry environments, focusing on preparing pizzas, salads, and wings using easy prep methods. This role is vital to helping "feed the fun" by preparing food orders efficiently and supporting overall kitchen operations.

Employees enjoy flexible work schedules and access to the innovative "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, allowing them to access earned wages sooner. Compensation includes competitive hourly pay and a commission structure based on membership and Fun Pass sales, varying for exempt and non-exempt employees, paid bi-weekly unless state law requires otherwise. Additional benefits include a 50% meal discount during shifts, scholarship opportunities, perks and discounts programs, employee referral incentives, and support through the CEC Cares Fund for employees experiencing hardships.

This position requires individuals to be at least 16 years old (except where restricted by law), energetic, enthusiastic, and possess excellent customer service skills. The working environment involves physical activity such as lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, walking, and squatting during shifts. Employees must be able to handle job stress and interact courteously and effectively with team members and guests. The workplace includes exposure to flashing lights, mechanical parts, and loud noises but upholds rigorous health and sanitation standards designed to protect the safety and well-being of all employees and visitors.

CEC Entertainment prioritizes diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring its workforce reflects the diverse backgrounds of its guests. It is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to non-discrimination on any legally protected basis.
