Job Requirements
- be at least sixteen 16 years of age except where local or state restricts it
- available to work various shifts
- excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during shift
- able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during shift
- ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others
- willing to work in an environment with flashing lights, mechanical parts, and loud noises
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior food service experience is a plus but not required
- excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to work flexible shifts
Job Duties
- prepare orders and assist with food prep
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- operate kitchen equipment safely
- provide excellent customer service as a Cast Member
- participate in cross-training for various positions
- support team efforts to deliver a fun and engaging environment
