Celebrating over half a million birthdays annually, the company is dedicated to fostering joyful experiences through food, play, and outstanding customer service. With nearly 600 Chuck E. The role offered is an exciting opportunity to join Chuck E. Cheese as a Food Prep, Cook, or Pizza Maker. This position is ideal for first-time job seekers or those looking to build a rewarding career in the food and entertainment industry. This role supports Chuck E. Cheese's mission by helping feed the fun through preparing orders and assisting with food prep in a no-fry kitchen environment, focusing on items like pizza, salads, and wings. Employees, known as Cast Members, are empowered through cross-training in various positions, promoting skill development and opportunities for advancement. Over 60% of the company’s managers have been promoted from within, reflecting the strong career growth potential.

Compensation ranges from $13.07 to $15.13 per hour, supplemented by commission potentials based on membership and fun pass sales. The company offers a unique "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, allowing employees faster access to earned wages. This benefit is coupled with flexible scheduling, a 50% meal discount during shifts, scholarships, employee referral programs, and the CEC Cares Fund to support employees during emergencies. The kitchen environment requires physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds and various physical motions such as standing, bending, and walking, emphasizing the importance of energy and enthusiasm.

CEC Entertainment prioritizes the safety and health of both its guests and employees with rigorous health and sanitation standards designed to meet or exceed local regulations. The work atmosphere involves vibrant lighting, moving mechanical parts, and loud sounds, all contributing to a dynamic and interactive workplace. The company embraces equal opportunity employment and actively promotes a diverse and inclusive culture where everyone’s talents and perspectives are valued.
