CEC is currently hiring Food Prep, Cook, and Pizza Makers to help feed the fun at their family-friendly locations. This role is ideal for first-time job seekers or those looking to build an exciting career with opportunities for advancement, as over 60% of managers were promoted from within. The position operates within a no-fry kitchen environment, focusing on easy preparation of pizzas, salads, and wings. Food Prep and Pizza Makers contribute significantly by preparing orders and assisting with food prep, ensuring quality and efficiency while maintaining health and sanitation standards to protect the health of team members and guests. This role requires energetic and enthusiastic individuals who can deliver excellent customer service while working in a dynamic environment with flashing lights, loud noises, and moving mechanical parts.

CEC offers a competitive compensation structure that includes commission potential varying by employment classification, with exempt employees earning between $0.50 to $10.00 per Membership sold and $0.15 to $3.00 per Fun Pass sold, while non-exempt employees can earn commissions from $2.00 to $8.00 per Membership and $0.60 to $2.40 per Fun Pass, paid bi-weekly subject to state laws. Additionally, the company offers the innovative "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program allowing employees quick access to earned wages.

The work environment requires physical activity including lifting or carrying objects up to 50 pounds, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing/pulling, walking, and squatting throughout shifts. Job Requirements

  • Be at least sixteen 16 years of age except where local or state restricts it
