The company offers a competitive pay structure that includes attractive commission potentials for membership and fun pass sales, with payments distributed bi-weekly. Exceptional benefits include the innovative "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program that allows employees immediate access to earned wages instead of waiting between paychecks.
