The role being offered is for Food Prep, Cook, and Pizza Makers within the kitchens of Chuck E. Cheese locations. The primary responsibility of these roles is to help feed the fun by preparing orders and assisting with various food preparation tasks. Notably, this is a no-fry kitchen with easy prep tasks focused on pizza, salads, and wings. This position offers an excellent opportunity for first-time job seekers or individuals looking to build an exciting career, with over 60% of managers having been promoted from within. Cast Members are empowered through cross-training in multiple roles to provide the greatest service possible.

The compensation structure includes commission potentials based on sales of Memberships and Fun Passes, with bi-weekly earnings paid out through a structured program. For exempt employees, commission potential ranges from $0.50 to $10.00 for each Membership sold and $0.15 to $3.00 for each Fun Pass sold. Non-exempt employees have a commission range from $2.00 to $8.00 for Memberships and $0.60 to $2.40 for Fun Passes. The company also offers a unique "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program enabling employees to access earned wages without waiting for the pay period to end.
