CEC Entertainment is nationally recognized for its commitment to creating joyful, lasting memories for families and children through food, play, and fun. With an emphasis on safety, community support, and innovation, the company has become a trusted name for family-oriented dining and entertainment experiences. Chuck E. Cheese alone celebrates over half a million birthdays annually, making it a cornerstone location where children can enjoy a safe and engaging environment. The brands also champion physical wellness and motor skills development in kids through their play attractions and have donated over $24 million to schools and nonprofits.

CEC Entertainment fosters a vibrant culture of diversity and inclusion, believing its workforce should represent the diverse backgrounds and experiences of its guests. As an Equal Opportunity Employer, the company does not discriminate based on race, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, veteran status, or any other protected classification. In 2025, Chuck E. Cheese was honored with the "Best in STEM" award and recognized as one of America's Greatest Workplaces, underscoring its leadership in both employee well-being and industry innovation.

The company is currently hiring for Food Prep, Cook, and Pizza Maker positions. These roles are vital to delivering the quality food component of the family experience while supporting the fun atmosphere Chuck E. Cheese is known for. The kitchen is a no-fry environment focusing on easy prep for pizzas, salads, and wings, suited for both new job seekers and those looking to advance their career in food service. Cast Members are cross-trained to perform various roles, promoting career growth; over 60% of managers are promoted from within, highlighting the company's commitment to internal development.

Chuck E. Cheese offers competitive pay with the unique "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program that provides employees access to earned wages before traditional payday, enhancing financial stability. Additional benefits include a 50% meal discount during shifts, scholarships, flexible schedules, an employee referral program, perks and discounts, and access to the CEC Cares Fund which assists employees during personal catastrophes. The work environment requires physical activity such as lifting up to 50 pounds and being able to stand, bend, and move frequently. It is fast-paced, with exposure to moving mechanical parts, lights, and noise, therefore requiring energetic individuals with excellent customer service skills who can manage job stress and work well with guests and team members.

This role is ideal for passionate individuals looking for a fun and dynamic workplace that values both career development and a positive employee culture. Job candidates must be at least 16 years old (subject to local laws) and available to work various shifts. Through rigorous health and sanitation protocols, CEC Entertainment ensures a safe workplace for all employees and guests. By joining Chuck E.
