Job Description
CEC Entertainment, LLC, headquartered in Irving, Texas, stands as a nationally recognized leader in family dining and entertainment. The company proudly operates iconic brands such as Chuck E. Cheese, Peter Piper Pizza, and Chuck's Arcade. These brands are dedicated to creating joyful and lasting memories through a combination of fun, food, and play. Chuck E. Cheese alone celebrates over half a million birthdays annually, cementing its reputation as the place 'Where a Kid Can Be a Kid®.' The company’s commitment to safety is evident through initiatives like Kid Check® and their extensive community support, which has included donations exceeding $24 million to various schools and nonprofits. In addition to its strong commitment to community and innovation, Chuck E. Cheese earned the "Best in STEM" award and was named one of America’s Greatest Workplaces in 2025, underscoring its dedication to industry leadership and employee well-being.
Operating nearly 600 Chuck E. Cheese locations and over 120 Peter Piper Pizza venues across 45 U.S. states and 18 countries, CEC Entertainment fosters a culture of diversity, inclusion, and fun while bringing families together through engaging entertainment experiences. Peter Piper Pizza enhances this mission by offering a neighborhood pizzeria experience focused on quality food and community connection, with fun and engagement "baked in." Both brands champion physical wellness and skill development in kids through various playful attractions.
At CEC Entertainment, we build careers around great food, family, and fun. We are currently hiring for Food Prep, Cook, and Pizza Maker positions within a no-fry kitchen environment where employees assist in preparing orders, including pizza, salads, and wings. The offered compensation ranges between $16.90 and $17.90 hourly, with commission opportunities ranging from $0.50 to $10.00 for each membership sold, and $0.15 to $3.00 for each Fun Pass under the exempt status, and slightly higher commission potential for non-exempt employees. The company also offers a revolutionary "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, allowing employees to access earned wages without waiting for the traditional bi-weekly pay cycle.
This opportunity is ideal for first-time job seekers or those looking to build a rewarding career within a vibrant, supportive environment. Employees, known as Cast Members, receive extensive cross-training across various positions to empower them in providing top-level service. Over 60% of management at CEC Entertainment is promoted from within, offering strong career growth opportunities. Perks include competitive pay, meal discounts during shifts, flexible schedules, scholarships, and referral programs, as well as an employee assistance fund for hardship support. The company also enforces rigorous health and sanitation standards to protect the health and safety of employees and guests.
CEC Entertainment is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values diversity and inclusivity, ensuring equal employment opportunities without discrimination based on race, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, veteran status, or other protected classes. The company is committed to accommodating individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions, making it a welcoming workplace for all individuals.
