Compensation ranges from $16.90 to $17.90 hourly with the opportunity to earn additional commission for every membership and Fun Pass sold, paid out bi-weekly unless otherwise required by state law. Moreover, the company offers a unique "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, allowing employees to access their earned wages immediately without waiting for payday. Team members enjoy flexible schedules, a 50% meal discount during shifts, scholarships, employee referral programs, and access to a fund for assistance during hardships, known as the CEC Cares Fund. The role requires physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing, bending, or walking throughout shifts, in an environment that includes flashing lights, mechanical parts, and loud noises.
