The position of Prep Cook at Marriott Vacations Worldwide is a vital role that contributes directly to the guest experience by ensuring that quality food preparation and presentation standards are consistently met. As a Prep Cook, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of foods that meet recipe, quality, and safety standards while working in a well-equipped kitchen environment. This role involves the operation of various kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers. In addition to food preparation, the Prep Cook will be tasked with setting up and breaking down workstations, maintaining cleanliness and compliance with food handling policies, and ensuring that food portions, arrangements, and garnishments meet established standards.

Job Requirements

  • Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy

Job Duties

  • Operates ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers to prepare foods
