Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous cooking or food prep experience preferred
- Certification in food safety and sanitation
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Good physical condition with ability to stand for long periods

Job Qualifications
- Experience in cooking or a related position
- Knowledge of fundamental principles of food preparation and different cooking methods
- Understanding of food safety regulations including food handling, hygiene, and storage
- Certification of compliance with food safety standards
- Basic math skills and numerical counting proficiency
- Strong interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal
- Physical ability to perform tasks involving lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, walking, and standing for extended periods
Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of dishes according to set production guidelines and standardized recipes
- Gather all necessary ingredients and equipment at the workstation
- Measure, weigh, mix, chop, trim, and peel food items as part of ingredient preparation
- Use kitchen tools and knives safely
- Operate machinery such as baking ovens, stoves, slicing tools, and mixing devices
- Employ baking, roasting, broiling, and steaming methods on various food items
- Assemble, decorate, and portion food according to existing standards
- Store food safely following food safety policies and guidelines
- Clean and disinfect work areas, machinery, and tools
- Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude
- Follow Aramark's safety guidelines and procedures
- Maintain precise food safety and sanitation measures
- Protect company valuables
