Job Duties
- Prepare dishes according to production guidelines and standardized recipes
- gather necessary ingredients and equipment
- measure, weigh, mix, chop, trim, and peel food items
- operate kitchen machinery like ovens, stoves, and mixers
- bake, roast, broil, and steam food items
- assemble, decorate, and portion food
- store food safely following food safety policies
- clean and disinfect work areas and equipment
- maintain excellent customer service and positive attitude
- follow safety and sanitation guidelines
