Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food preparation or cooking
- Food safety certification or training
- Basic math proficiency
- Ability to follow strict hygiene and sanitation procedures
- Physical fitness for manual food preparation tasks

Job Duties

- Perform ingredient preparation including measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling
- Use diverse kitchen tools and operate machinery like baking ovens, stoves, slicing devices, and mixers safely
- Employ different cooking methods such as baking, roasting, broiling, and steaming
- Assemble, decorate, and portion food items according to quality standards
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment to meet food safety standards
- Store food safely in compliance with food safety policies
- Maintain excellent customer service attitude and cooperate with team members
