Job Duties

Assist in preparing ingredients for pizzas including chopping vegetables preparing dough and making sauces
Learn and participate in the process of crafting signature wood-fired pizzas
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen by washing dishes utensils and kitchen equipment
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner taking orders answering questions and ensuring a positive experience
Work at an outdoor pizza oven ensuring pizzas are cooked to perfection while managing the outdoor environment
