The Prep Team Member role at Chick-fil-A is a dynamic position that requires a high level of energy, precision, and responsibility. Working closely with the Kitchen Leader, the Prep Team Member ensures that food preparation areas meet cleanliness standards and that the right amount of product is made by following the company’s "Lean" system to minimize waste and optimize efficiency. This position is vital to maintaining Chick-fil-A’s reputation for quality and consistency, and it offers valuable experience in food service operations, kitchen management, and teamwork.

This opportunity is available both full-time and part-time, with flexible scheduling options including day and night shifts, and 8-hour shifts to accommodate different lifestyles and commitments. The position is located on-site at the restaurant and offers a competitive wage ranging from $10.00 to $13.00 per hour.
