Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to stand for long periods, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms
Ability to talk, listen, see close and distance, peripheral vision, and depth perception
Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and lift up to 50 pounds
Must be willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as business dictates
Must have physical stamina to work 30-40 hours per week
Ability to follow dress code and company policies

Job Qualifications

Previous fast food experience preferred but not required
Good communication skills
Ability to work as a motivated and dependable team member
Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and understanding of fractions
Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow safety standards
Positive attitude and enthusiasm for fast-paced work
Desire to grow and develop leadership skills

Job Duties

Execute genuine greetings and farewells, take orders, operate the cash register, collect payments from customers, and other cash-handling duties
Make fast, accurate, and consistent orders
Comply with all portion sizes, recipes, systems, and procedures
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including all tables, floors, windows, beverage station, and restrooms
Always maintain a professional appearance in compliance with the dress code
Display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments
Perform other related duties as required
