Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be able to stand for long periods, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk, listen, and have close, distance, peripheral, and depth vision
- Must be occasionally able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as business dictates
- Must have physical stamina to work 30-40 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- Ability to use basic math, addition, subtraction, and understand basic fractions
- Previous fast food experience preferred but not required
- Motivated, team-oriented, friendly, dependable, and driven to provide excellent guest service
- Positive attitude and willingness to maintain professional appearance
- Ability to follow recipes, systems, and procedures consistently
- Physical ability to perform essential job functions including standing long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and mobility functions
Job Duties
- Execute genuine greetings and farewells, take orders, operate the cash register, collect payments from customers, and other cash-handling duties
- Make fast, accurate, and consistent orders
- Comply with all portion sizes, recipes, systems, and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including all tables, floors, windows, beverage station, and restrooms
- Always maintain a professional appearance in compliance with the dress code
- Display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments
- Perform other related duties as required
