This position, Food Prep, is a vital role within our fast-paced franchise. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and assembling fresh sandwiches quickly and accurately, maintaining store cleanliness, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. We believe in nurturing leadership potential, providing ample opportunities for advancement into leadership positions such as Area Manager or Director of Operations. This role requires dedication, physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods, and the ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. Candidates must be willing to work flexible hours, including overtime, holidays, and weekends as business demands.
