The current opportunity is for Food Packers based in Des Plaines, IL 60018. This role plays a crucial part in the food production process, requiring individuals who are detail-oriented, efficient, and committed to maintaining food safety and quality standards. Food Packers at National Star Services will be responsible for following recipes and production instructions rigorously, assembling and packaging food items as per production orders, and working diligently to meet daily production goals. The position demands a collaborative spirit as working with team members is essential to ensure smooth production operations.

The work schedule includes two shifts; the 1st shift runs from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and the 2nd shift runs from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Sunday, with two days off each week. The schedule is provided weekly by the supervisor, ensuring some flexibility. Compensation for the role is $17.50 per hour plus overtime eligibility, paid biweekly.
