Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years management experience
- Minimum 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts
- Strong leadership skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Experience managing labor, food costs and budget
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of food service or culinary management experience
- Proven leadership skills with experience motivating and developing teams
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and quality assurance programs
- Experience managing labor, food costs, inventory, and operational budgets
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with clients, students, guests, and team members
- Proficiency with food service technology, reporting systems, and Microsoft Office applications

Job Duties
- Lead and support daily food service operations across residential dining and retail venues
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through strong customer service and hospitality standards
- Manage and develop frontline staff, providing coaching, training, and performance management
