Job Requirements

  • previous food and beverage experience within hotels, restaurants or similar upscale hospitality venue
  • work history demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization
  • ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and exhibit a passion for a high-level of customer service
  • flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
  • working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems as well as menu graphics programs

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum three years management experience
  • minimum three years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
  • strong leadership skills
  • ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization
  • professional communication skills
  • passion for high-level customer service
  • working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems as well as menu graphics programs
