- Minimum 3 years management experience
- Minimum 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts

Job Duties
- Lead daily patient dining and food service operations in a large acute care hospital setting
- Oversee menu development and diet office operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance
- Drive patient satisfaction through meal rounding, service recovery, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with clinical, food service, and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the overall patient experience
- Conduct tray assessments to ensure food quality, presentation, and meal accuracy
- Monitor and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), operational goals, and budget expectations
- Ensure readiness for regulatory inspections, audits, and Sodexo Gold Checks
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop frontline employees and supervisors
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and service excellence
